Use this page to contact Binghe Soft about the website, an article, a correction, a privacy request, or a general support question. The fastest way to make a message useful is to include the page URL and a short description of what you need. If your message is about a factual issue, include the exact sentence or section. If your message is about a broken image or layout problem, include the device or browser if you know it.
We keep the contact process simple because this site receives different types of messages. Some are reader questions. Some are correction reports. Some are privacy requests. Some are partner or client notes connected to older articles. A short, specific message is easier to route than a long message with no article URL.

For correction requests, include the article URL, the sentence or section in question, and a short note explaining the issue.
What To Send
For article corrections, send the article URL, the current wording, and the reason you believe it should be changed. If there is a newer product name, updated policy, corrected date, or broken link, include that detail. We may not use every suggested edit, but clear reports help us improve the archive faster.
For privacy requests, use the subject line “Privacy Request” and explain the request in plain language. You can ask about access, deletion, correction, restriction, or another privacy concern. We may need to verify that the request is connected to you before taking action, especially if the request involves contact form data or another identifiable record.
For partnership or client-related messages, include the URL, the organization name, and the relationship to the page. If you are asking about an older placement link, say whether the link is broken, outdated, unsafe, or connected to a contract change. We try to preserve client URLs unless there is a clear reason to edit or remove them.
Response Expectations
Binghe Soft is not a live chat service. We review messages in batches and respond when a reply is needed. Simple correction reports may be handled without a separate reply. Complex requests can take longer because they may require checking page history, plugin behavior, cached versions, or older client notes.

What Happens After You Send A Message
Messages are used only for handling the request, routing it to the right review path, and keeping a record of the issue if a page needs follow-up. If the request is about a public article, we may fix the article without publishing your name. If the request is about privacy, we may ask for enough information to verify that the request belongs to you.
